Thank you for supporting Not Emma! Because every item here is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind creation born from hyperfixation, our shipping process looks a little different than a giant corporate warehouse. Please review our shipping practices below:
1. Processing & Handling Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are packed with care and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Because these pieces are individually handcrafted, please allow 20 to 30 business days for your item to be created before it ships.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your package is on its way.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

The Netherlands (NL): Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

Europe (EU): Estimated delivery within 5 to 12 business days after shipment.

Rest of the World (Worldwide): Estimated delivery within 10 to 30 business days after shipment, depending on your local customs processing times.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs clearance outside of our control.
3. Order Inspection & Damages
Because our shop features fragile custom drinkware and unique, unrepeatable treasures, we package everything securely to survive the journey.

Please check your package as soon as it lands on your doorstep. Give your items a quick inspection upon arrival for any bumps, dents or other oopsies.

If your item was unfortunately damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can help sort it out for you.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen mail. We highly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates!
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to EU and certain countries in the rest of the world. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
