Did you know that everyone has mental health? "No way!", I hear you shouting from the back. But seriously, mental health is something we all have, 'suffer' from, need to give more positive thoughts to and make less taboo.  

This is a hand stitched tote featuring 3 patches, top right is 'Be you not them' yellow circular, middle patch says, 'mental health matters', which a brain smiling with flowers demons and the bottom left says 'Let them'. 

The tote: A light grey recycled cotton bag made from 90% recycled 120 g/m² cotton and 10% polyester, offering a sustainable and sturdy solution for daily shopping. Featuring 70cm(27in) long handles for comfortable carrying over the shoulder.
Size 37.5cm width X 40cm height (14.5inx15.75in). 

All products are handcrafted and created as 1 offs, you will truly never find another version of this.

If you aren't familiar with "let them',  it is a theory by Mel Robbins, which consciously allowing (and dare we say encouraging) people to be who they are, think what they think, and do what they want without trying to control or change them.
